EFT or ‘Tapping’ for Self-Care purposes. This involves the gentle tapping of particular areas of ones face & body (traditional acupressure points) whilst focusing, or tuning in on personal challenges / issues  / phobias etc.  This method is used to ease stress for the individual, stimulate calm and / or induce a feeling of well-being in the moment. The tapping in this context, is usually self-administered, though in practice it can be lead by someone else, or used in a group setting.
